    Gasket Makers
    Rite-Lok Gasket Makers create formed in place gaskets on flanges & housings, eliminating the need for large inventories of pre-cut gaskets.
    Rite-Lok GM-04 GASKET MAKER - Seals large gaps between poorly mated parts. Used on rigid assemblies. Applications include pipe flanges, cover housings and transmissions.
    Rite-Lok GM-10 HIGH TEMPERATURE GASKET MAKER - Operates at temperatures up to 400 F (200 C). Can be screen printed. Use in rigid assemblies for making dressing gaskets.
    Rite-Lok GM-15 FLEXIBLE GASKET MAKER - General purpose flexible gasket. Withstands vibration. Typical applications include gearbox covers, pump flanges, fuel & water pumps.
    Rite-Lok GM-18 FLEXIBLE GASKET MAKER - Formulated for mating aluminum flanges. Provides instant seal without the use of a primer.
    Rite-Lok GM-74 MULTI-PURPOSE GASKET MAKER - Replaces traditional pre-cut gaskets and gives rapid seal, filling scratches and gougnes on flanges.

    HYDRAULIC PIPE SEALANTS
    Rite-Lok Sealants are designed for thread and pipe sealing, replacing traditional PTFE tapes and dopes. Products seal instantly and will not shred, evaporate or shrink. Rite-Lok sealants resist pressure, vibration, temperature cycling as well as hydraulic fluids, oils, fuels and lubricants.
    Rite-Lok HP-5 HIGH PRESSURE SEALANT - Medium viscosity purplr sealant. Will not clog valves or filters. Allows angular positioning on parallel threads. For all hydraulic and pneumatic fittings.
    Rite-Lok HP-69 HIGH PRESSURE SEALANT - (European HP42). Low viscosity brown sealant. Designed for fine threaded air and hydraulic fittings. Used to augment the seal achieved with tapered fittings or replace their use with less expensive straight fittings. Used on all hydraulic and pneumatic fittings.
    Rite-Lok HP-65 GENERAL PURPOSE PIPE SEALANT - PS65 is a fast curing, lower strength sealant. Withstands temperatures to 300 F (150 C). Provides an instant seal for pressure testing. For applications requiring easy disassembly.
    Rite-Lok HP-67 INSTANT PIPE SEALANT - High viscosity, fast curing paste. Works in inactive surfaces such as stainless steel. Withstands temperatures to 400 F (200 C). Typical application: coarce threaded fittings, pipework.
    Rite-Lok HP-77 LOW VISCOSITY PIPE SEALANT - Bright yellow, low viscosity sealant. Provides an instant low pressure seal. Will not creep, shrink or relax.
    Rite-Lok HP-92 HIGH TEMPERATURE PIPE SEALANT - PS92 is a high viscosity, white sealant. Pressure resistance up to 100,00 psi (70N/mm). Uses: sealing tapered and parallel threaded components withstanding continous temperatures of up to 400 F (200 C).
    THREADLOCKERS
    Rite-Lok threadlockers prevent vibration loosening and seal against leakage and corrosion. One bottle of Rite-Lok threadlocking adhesive takes the place of a wide variety of traditional and sometimes ineffective vibration proofing methods, reducing costs and increasing performance!
    Rite-Lok TL-22 SCREWLOCK - Low removal torque. Vibration proofs small fasteners less than 1/4" (6mm). Used on soft materials and components requiring adjustment or removal.
    Rite-Lok TL-41 OIL TOLERANT THREADLOCKER - Designed to lock as received, oily fasteners with medium strenght. Allows disassembly with normal tools yet provides maximum vibration resistance.
    Rite-Lok TL-42 NUTLOCK - Medium strenght general purpose threadlocker. Removable with hand tools. Typical uses include coupling drive bolts, motor mounting bolts, construction equipment nuts, conveyor roller nuts.
    Rite-Lok TL-62 STUDLOCK - High strength grade designed for heavy duty items, subject to heavy shock, vibration and stress loads. TL62 is used on rail track bolts, construction vehicle drive bolts and differential case bolts.
    Rite-Lok TL-71 PERMANENT STUDLOCK - (European TL70). For use on bolts and studs up to 1" (25mm) in diameter. Locks engine studs, cylinder block studs, water pump fasterners and refrigeration plants.
    Rite-Lok TL-72 HIGH TEMPERATURE STUDLOCK - Resistant to temperature up to 450 F (230 C). Gap filling formulation for larger diameter, coarse threaded parts. Uses: steel mill conveyor bolts, furnace mounting bolts.
    Rite-Lok TL-77 HEAVY DUTY PERMANENT THREADLOCKERS - High strength, high viscosity for fasteners over 1" (25mm) in diameter with coarse threads. TL77 is used on stone crusher studs & hydraulic press studs.
    Rite-Lok TL-90 PENETRATING ADHESIVE - Low viscosity sealant for pre-assembled fasteners and porosity and porosity sealing of welds. Typical applications include carburetor adjustment screws and instrumentation screws.
    RETAINING COMPOUNDS
    Rite-Lok Retaining Compounds are used in the assembly of all coaxial components such as bearings, gears, shafts, bushings, pulleys, cylinder liners and rotors. They increase the load bearing characteristics of cylindrical joints, reducing assembly stresses and assembly costs.
    Rite-Lok RT-09 SHAFT FIT - (European RT01). High strength, low viscosity retainer designed for tight tolerances. Applications include gears, bushes, collars, cams, fans and flywheels.
    Rite-Lok RT-20 HIGH TEMPERATURE RETAINER - High viscosity retainer. Temperature resistance up to 450 F(230 C). Used in the assembly of automotive/marine cylinder liners and heat exchanger tubes.
    Rite-Lok RT-35 MAXIMUM STRENGTH RETAINER - (European RT38). Ultimate strenght up to 4000 psi (28 N/mm) on steel components. RT35 is used for mounting bearings, gears, wheels, pulleys, cams, sprockets and flywheels.
    Rite-Lok RT-40 RETAINER - Medium viscosity, high strength retainer. Resists temperatures of up to 400 F (200 C). Retains rotors to shafts. Retains bushing and sleeves.
    Rite-Lok RT-41 BEARING MOUNT - Medium strength yellow engineering adhesives. Permits disassembly. Uses include bearing, bearing seals and soft metal bushings.
    Rite-Lok RT-60 METAL REPAIR - Metallic coloured paste fills gaps up to 0.02" (.5mm). Application includes the repair of worn shafts, worn splines, worn keyways and worn housings.
