Notes:
  • 1 - Open Time is the maximum allowable time after adhesive application to mate and position parts to insure good surface wetting. After this time interval, parts must not be disturbed.

  • 2 - Fixture Time is the amount of time under normal conditions for the adhesive to build sufficient strength to be handled without deformation of bond.

  • 3 - Tensile Shear strength on grit-blasted steel unless otherwise noted.

  • 4 - Peel Strength values are dependant on substrate type stiffness.
